Very poor communication and customer care. I waited too long for an update about my baby’s medicine under insurance. When medicine is for a baby, delays like this are unacceptable.
Nice good shop, have good amout of variety of vitamins. Amazing employee with patience and great etiquette and excellent communication and provide good services. Shop is small, that's why few items are kind of not available however he can make it available and deliver afterwards.
I visited your pharmacy around 9 PM and would like to share my experience. Unfortunately, I felt uncomfortable with the way one of the your pharmacist spoke to us. The communication came across as rude and unprofessional, which was disappointing. The Indian Pharmacist,she said,"if u guys are standing only for one thing leave now,I'm busy" I understand that the pharmacy can be busy at times; however, there are always polite and respectful million ways to speak to customers. As a pharmacy, customers visit not only to purchase items but also to seek advice and support regarding their health. Respectful communication is very important, and customers do not deserve to feel unwelcome or disrespected. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to help improve customer service in the future. Due to this bad experience, I do not feel comfortable visiting the store again.
Worst pharmacy. The pharmacist named Deepa dispensed a medicine that was not the same brand as prescribed without even asking or informing me. The medicine is for my 2-year-old child, so it is not acceptable to change the brand without the customer’s permission. After waiting for a long time, this shows very poor communication and lack of professionalism. I will be raising this concern to the Dubai Health Authority.
Today it was the first time I visited this branch of life Pharmacy and I was served by Mr Ismail. I'm very grateful for his help and I sincerely appreciate his assistance and valuable advice regarding the medication. I was very impressed by his knowledge, professnalism and dedication. Moreover, I would also like to highlight the excellent customer service that I always receive from the pharmacists in all life Pharmacies branches, hoping that they would always maintain this excellent standard of care and wishing them more success and prosperity
