Terrible service. 6 weeks ago I bought a medical injection that was broken and didn’t work. I returned it to them, they confirmed it is faulty and I am yet to recieve any refund or resolution despite me calling and chasing up with them on the regular. Terrible, terrible polices that penalize customers for something that isn’t their fault. I’ve had no choice but to report them the relevant authorities as they are withholding my owed refund. EDITING REVIEW TO ANSWER REPLY: I have used every available route to contact life pharmacy for my refund. All the details they gave below and still I have not received ANYTHING. also, they “urgently” looked into this request? 6 days later and no-or. Has called and they’ve ignored my messages. Life Pharmacy are literal thieves who will steal your money.

This is not the first time but it’s absolutely ridiculous of this pharmacy chain for not providing me the 2nd copy of my purchased medication over a week. I don’t know why such a large network of pharmacy entity has restricted their staff to reissue a copy of invoice again. Honestly Life Pharmacy should seriously look into this and get real digital transformation.
