Never experienced such unprofessional service. After submitting my order, it took over 6 hours to be delivered, and no one even bothered to call or inform me about the delay. I was in severe pain, waiting for my medicines past midnight. Such a shame.
It says "Get 25% off value" at the door but there was no discount at the register. I wanted to argue about something very simple but I will never shop here again. Definitely ask what you will pay before purchasing.
Professional and genuinely caring service. Great team of people who know customer service. Special mention of Rasmi who is very knowledgeable and ready to go that extra mile with her assistance. It was overall a very good experience!
