LIFE PHARMACY LLC BRANCH-BINGHATTI TERRACES
DubaiMed AI Analysis
Life Pharmacy (Binghatti Terraces) is a branch of a large UAE pharmacy chain with evidence of helpful, friendly staff and a wide product selection plus omni-channel/fast-delivery options. Evidence is generally positive but includes a serious complaint about a mislabeled supplement and an refused return; information about on-site facilities and clinical services is limited.
People seeking a well-stocked, convenient neighborhood pharmacy with fast delivery for OTCs, supplements, and daily prescriptions.
Pros
- •Multiple reviews praise helpful, friendly staff (names cited: Hiba, Luke).
- •Website/documents show large product range (vitamins, supplements, beauty, baby care) and frequent offers.
- •Chain-level conveniences: app, omni-channel shopping, 30-minute delivery claims and free delivery options.
- •Listed MOHAP license number and corporate awards indicate formal credentials and broad reputation.
Considerations
- •At least one review reports misleading product information (wrong EPA/DHA listing) and refusal of return — a serious transparency/service failure.
- •No specific evidence about in-store cleanliness, equipment, or detailed clinical services for this branch.

Very big selection and many offers
Great experience with the help of Luke, would recommend this branch.
Good support and help from Hiba in the store, thanks.
Thanks, Hiba, for your amazing assistance😊
Terrible experience with Life Pharmacy. I ordered an Omega-3 supplement specifically because their website listed EPA/DHA as 684/276 mg. What I received? 180/120 mg. Not even close. Their excuse? “Wrong image uploaded.” That’s their mistake — but somehow my loss. I only realized this after using the product, and now they refuse a return. So I basically paid 99 AED for something completely useless for my needs. This is misleading advertising, poor accountability, and zero customer care. If your listings can’t be trusted and you won’t take responsibility, what exactly are customers paying for? Avoid ordering supplements from them unless you’re okay gambling with your money.
