AVOID THIS BRANCH, I have got nappy for my kids pamper brand and Huggies same size when we open the pamper bag it was supper small just by looking we knew it’s small we took it back to tell them why the size is not the same and we need bigger size they said it’s open we can’t take back, how in the world I knew the size they mentioned it’s different unless I see it. No common sense and just gave them the nappies since there was no use for us. I hope the manger or owner sees this and make sure their stuff doing the right thing.

Very disappointing experience with Life Pharmacy. Customers should be more aware of what they are paying for. For example, some Sunshine multivitamins that cost around 10 AED maximum are being sold for nearly 395 AED, which is shocking. Also, many Korean skincare products being promoted appear to come from Chinese manufacturers, which raises serious questions about authenticity and transparency. Another concerning issue is hygiene. Staff are expected to clean shelves and items and then immediately attend to customers without proper hygiene practices. For a company making such large profits, it is surprising that they cannot afford dedicated cleaning staff. When I asked the staff about this, they said it was according to management instructions and that they are required to do these tasks. A company of this size should focus on transparency, proper hygiene standards, and better staff support instead of putting all responsibilities on employees. Customers deserve honesty, safety, and better service.

I recently visited Dubai and went to Life Pharmacy in Vision Tower to buy medicine for my daughter. While I was there, I saw someone telling the pharmacist to clean the dustbin. I was honestly shocked. This is such a big company, and seeing staff being asked to do cleaning tasks like that was surprising. Companies should have proper cleaning staff for this. What shocked me even more was that the same pharmacist who was asked to clean the dustbin was also handling medicines for customers. Later I asked another staff member about it, and she told me the person giving the instructions was from headquarters and was their AGM. I was very surprised that someone in such a senior position would treat staff this way. It felt embarrassing to witness this situation as a customer. I always thought Dubai was a great place to work, but seeing this kind of treatment was disappointing. Because of this experience, I decided to go to another pharmacy to buy the medicine. Personally, I would not recommend visiting this place.

This is one of a kind “Pharmacy”, meaning apart from its Shear size, it does accommodate everything related to Health. They got an entire sports nutrition floor; made for all the Gainz junkies out there. Fairly accessible as they do have reserved parking inside the building. Overall amazing service as promised and best bang for your buck!
