I visited the shop recently and was very impressed with the service. I was helped by a pretty and friendly staff.Although I forgot to ask her name, I heard others call her Chaung.She explained everything about the skincare products clearly and even guided me step by step on how to use them. All the staffs are very friendly and truly excellent customer service! Highly recommended, and I will definitely visit again.
I was assisted by Fetimah at Dubai Mall, and she was absolutely amazing so helpful, kind, and attentive throughout the whole experience.
6 months pregnant and needing relief from cold symptoms, I asked a very friendly pharmacist for help who recommended a product. It was a bit on the pricey side (240aed) but I took it in the hopes it would help. Luckily my husband thought to check before I took it - it is NOT pregnancy safe! Money completely wasted! Not only that, but walking through the pharmacy, you’ll get a million comments from staff working there saying how bad your skin looks? Just to try and convince you to purchase skin care that they get commission off of. As a pharmacy, you’re meant to put people’s health needs first, but this particular branch felt more like they were trying to rip people off.
