I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your branch. The staff member who assisted us showed a lack of professionalism and respect. We were patiently waiting for our turn to be attended to, and when it was finally our turn, he suddenly stopped assisting us without any explanation or notification that our transaction did not go through. Instead, he moved on to another transaction that was unrelated to ours, leaving us confused and unattended. This behavior was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I am deeply disappointed with the way we were treated and hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure this does not happen again. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I don’t mind waiting for the activation of the points or reward vouchers, but he should have explained the situation politely. Instead, he turned his back on us and started assisting other customers who were already being attended to. He left without giving us any clear explanation or proper communication.
The current employee on the morning shift does not help the patients and treats them in a bad manner that is not appropriate for Life Pharmacy.”

Bloody helll this is to muchhh of inhumanity damn it. Waste staff and this life pharmacy brand. Not fit for the service in dubai. Disappointed, disaster management. 1 star also not worth.
