Very bad behavior of staff , encountered one staff today at evening at 5:14pm her name is SIMMIE called as manager there. (wrong choice as a manager or she don’t have much experience as manager, she can be a very wrong example to the staff who is working there) She have very poor customer service, not professional at all, instead of guiding us with medicine which we need , she started the conversation with very rude and unprofessional way, then after that all she hold us on counter while talking on phone with someone for like 5 minutes, while we watch her face to pay, I have been visiting life pharmacy every time I need something and this is the worst experience I have ever faced. Probably my last visit here in this branch . Management should look into her so future rude behavior or bossy attitude from her can be fixed.
Entire team is very professional, efficient and courteous. I am a regular customer of this branch and it's a pleasure to get served by everyone working there.
