I placed my medicine order online last night at around 10:30PM, and status showed delivery @ 12:37 am. “After 12:37am shows delivery Status Delayed” & still!!!!! but it took the pharmacy to get in touch after couple of follow ups for delivery status after 12 hours , they informed me that the items not in stock . Later, she said they were trying to find out from other stores and will try delivery services asap Waiting for her positive response and delivery confirmation.
Horrible service. I paid an extra 3 AED for their 30-minute delivery of a simple cough syrup and still had to wait 3 hours. As “compensation,” they gave me a 30 AED coupon that doesn’t even work on most of their products…. completely useless. For something so basic, the delay was unacceptable. No sense of urgency. If this is how they handle customers, I wouldn’t recommend relying on them—especially when you’re sick and actually need your medicine on time
Very disappointed with the service and delivery and delayed delivery time and return policy for unused products . Ordered through Instashop and the order was delivered after an hour and half .
I placed my medicine order online last night at 7 PM, but it took the pharmacy two hours to get in touch with me. Today, they informed me that all the items would be delivered in the morning. However, the agent I spoke with was rude and unprofessional during our chat. Later, she said they couldn’t send one of the medicines and would deliver it in the evening instead. I’m already very unwell, and these delays in receiving my medication are completely unacceptable. I got a call from Shuheb who is from the customer care and he was professional and empathetic. I hope this never happens again and your team takes action to this matter.
