Although you made an appointment and talked the day before, when I came, they said that we did not contact yesterday and that the blood test to be done did not have the appropriate tubes and directed us to another place. It can’t be such a ridiculous process. I don’t recommend this to anyone. Even if you talk before, something happens when you go.

I purchased a Mojero injection from Life Pharmacy, and the product was clearly defective. I have used this medication multiple times before and I am fully familiar with the correct procedure. This time, despite following every step properly, the injection mechanism did not release. To eliminate any possibility of “user error,” I returned to the pharmacy immediately and asked their staff to test it themselves. The staff repeated the exact procedure — attaching the needle, twisting to unlock, and pressing to administer — and the device still failed to function. The pharmacy initially acknowledged the issue and informed me that the product would be replaced within 2–3 days. After more than a week, I received an unacceptable response claiming “misusage.” This conclusion is incorrect, unprofessional, and contradicts the pharmacy’s own initial assessment. Both I and the pharmacy staff witnessed the device’s failure. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, not a usage mistake. This product is expensive, and I have been left without support, without a replacement, and without a refund. The seller has taken no responsibility despite clear evidence. I have filed a complaint with Dubai Health Authority, and I expect a fair and immediate resolution. I am requesting either a full refund or a replacement, as required by consumer protection standards in the UAE. A defective medical device cannot be blamed on the customer, especially after it has already been confirmed faulty by the pharmacy itself.

Not efficient services in terms of delivery , it take 30-40 minutes to deliver medicine , if takes to long what the reason of it , it better to come and buy then waiting 40 minutes. Also it says 24/7 open but somehow no one inside of the branch , disappointing, dissatisfaction as well

The pharmacy is well maintained and organized. Medicines are properly stored and easily available. The pharmacist is knowledgeable, cooperative, and provides clear instructions regarding medication use. Overall, the service is satisfactory and reliable.
