I had a wonderful experience at Life pharmacy Al Rigga Branch inside the Al Ghuraire Center. The pharmacist named Ninu gave me special care and attention while assisting me with my medicine and even took the time to check my blood pressure. I truly appreciate the professional advice provided regarding a healthier lifestyle to control my BP. What stood out the most was the Ninu’s (the pharmacist) humble attitude, deep knowledge, and genuine care for customers. I felt more like a family member being supported than just a customer. Thank you for the exceptional service, kindness and dedication. All the staff were very positive, welcoming and professional throughout my visit. Life Pharmacy is a very convenient place with a wide range of medicines, skincare, and health products. The store is well organized and prices are affordable with good offers available. Special thanks to Mrs Shamla for the helpful and friendly service. She assisted very well and made the experience better. Overall, a reliable pharmacy for everyday needs.
Visited last Sunday and submitted my prescription, with a commitment it would be ready by Wednesday. It’s now been over a week with no medication received. The pharmacy keeps blaming internal system updates but takes no accountability. They refused both a refund and delivery to Al Nahda, Sharjah. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I cannot get a new prescription due to insurance restrictions. These are critical medicines for a transplant patient. I paid AED 1,694 on May 31—completely unacceptable service. If I could give zero stars, I would.
They have a very good staff who are very knowledgeable and kind and are ready to serve you. They have free vitamin C servings provided which helps fulfill daily requirement. There is one more same of Life located on the ground floor in Al Ghurair Center which is equally big and the staff is very supportive over there.
Best customer service as promised with many offers all around for the best bang for your buck. They also have variety of free health check and nutritional advise offering more than your typical pharmacies
