Very bad experience with Ms. Alphonsa at Life Pharmacy (Prime Business Tower, JVC branch). She gave me the scanner to check the offers and place my order, and when I returned within 20 minutes she said the offer is not available anymore. Her attitude was also a little rude. Very unprofessional behavior. Kindly remove her from Life Pharmacy to maintain the good service standards of this branch.
