I am very disappointed with this pharmacy.last time I bought a Braun thermometer for my child, and it stopped working in less than 6 months. When I went back, even though it was still under warranty i talk to the manager , they refused to replace or repair it without the original receipt. I never received the receipt, and they demanded 260 just for the repair—more than the price of the thermometer itself. I will never go back; their service is unacceptable
I placed my order on Monday, and even after several days, the item is still not delivered. There is zero responsibility, zero communication, and zero professionalism from Life Pharmacy. No updates, no proper customer support, and no concern for customers who depend on timely delivery. This is a completely unacceptable and careless service. I will never buy from Life Pharmacy online again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. A pharmacy that can’t deliver on time cannot be trusted. Very disappointed 😔
