Very disappointing experience with the morning shift lady at the pharmacy. I called to order medication, and while I was speaking, she hung up on me because there was another incoming call. I understand work pressure happens, but the professional thing to do is to finish assisting the current customer first or at least apologize before ending the call. This behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I hope the management pays more attention to customer service and staff professionalism.

I totally feel like I got scammed. I bought a product and wanted to return it just after 10 minutes. They told me I cannot return it and showed me the refund policy on the receipt, but you can only see the receipt after you buy something. This feels unfair and very wrong. (Yes you can take store credit, that's NOT a refund.)
