Today on whatsaap someone replied to me gave me 3 wrong medicine suggestions for a kid! Not understanding anything and then stopped replying when i noticed that this medicine i wrong Never contact there very risky New update in 5 Feb 2026 Very bad service I'm waiting 2 hours for medicine and still not coming and they are not replying moreover Important update and from all branches don't pay till you check the expiry date as they will always send you very old stock Moreover they were going to send me the wrong medicine for 11 years old kid unless I noticed my self it's the wrong medicine so Never ask there recommendation I received the eye drops after 2.40 minutes even the pharmacy is 5 minutes far and it came to me product of "2023" and there usual reply is that the only stock they have Stay away for your health
The worst delivery service in all UAE. I ordered pills to be delivered to cluster P , which is literally less than 5-10mnts away. it took them 3 hrs and they have sent it to the wrong address. if you are feeling sick do not rely on them . Terrible service !

Special thanks to the nurse, Arya — she assisted me in choosing the right supplements and also informed me about the current promotions. Terrible service. They messed with my controlled medicine prescription and I wasn’t able to get the medicine, knowing that the prescription has a very limited time. He sent me to the branch in Cluster R, who was even worse. I don’t know why life pharmacy doesn’t train pharmacists before they let them deal with people! Above everything, they know they did a mistake, they know how delicate the controlled medicine is, but still they show zero empathy! I really don’t understand how these people think or feel.
