My medicine was delivered after more than two hours without any proper update or information about the delay. Additionally, when I tried to follow up, my calls were not answered after your staff recognized my number. Extremely poor service (in Karama branch, Sheikh Muhammad Building)and unprofessional staff. I ordered medicine that never arrived, and when I called to follow up, the staff was completely indifferent. Even when I mentioned cancelling due to the delay, they treated as silly and showed zero responsibility. They clearly don't understand the urgency of delivering medication.

Im 25 years old . I went life pharmacy to buy one cream , on the counter one Facility bismi introduced one medicine which is mainly use for during and after menopause . She given free of coast , how she can sell this Products like this , please keep someone who knows all about those medicine and all, requestly don’t keep anyone like this , very bad experience for your side . Who know how many of them she given this medicine and all .
