It is really an amazing branch. Whatever I need, they always reply promptly. There was one incident that happened to my friend who lives in another area. The pharmacy there did not want to send her cardiac medicine. When she called me, I immediately messaged the JVT branch of Life Pharmacy, and they responded right away. They contacted the other branch and asked for help. I swear, within only 10 minutes, the medicine was delivered to my friend. I am truly so grateful for their outstanding service and support.
Updated review:- I have been a regular customer here for over three years! And today, I had such a horrible experience with their service. There have been multiple times where I’ve placed an order and Paid for it in a couple of hours. A close relative was in pain at my residence and I asked them to deliver so I can pay in the evening once I’m back from work. They refused to deliver, and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude on the phone. Is this how you treat your regular customers or just someone struggling in pain? Horrible service by LIFE. Very unexpected. Been a regular for three years now! Quick service, fast delivery time, and such supportive staff! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
Great service. They were super helpful and responsive over WhatsApp when I was looking for medication. Although they didn't have stock, they proactively checked stock at other branches without me asking, resulting in me getting my medication. Thank you!
