This comment is only for call centers. I placed an order through the Live app, and the delivery was supposed to take 30 minutes to an hour at most. I waited for more than 5 hours, and every time I called customer service, they told me it was on its way and would arrive in half an hour. I told them it was an emergency, and they assured me it would arrive within 30 minutes. It was 1 AM, and I was still waiting. Finally, when I contacted them again, they canceled the order without any prior notice. The customer service was terrible; they weren't trustworthy at all. I give them a 0 rating and do not recommend contacting them.
