Need to improve in most of the branches customer service and product knowledge of the staffs, I'm shopping since long time and I noticed that only manager is knowledgebale and with good manner, the rest of the staffs are impolite and street behavior. I personally like the life pharmacy products and wish will be improved In coming future
We visited the clinic today in satwa new branch and experienced very poor customer service. There was only one person at the clinic reception. We asked if we could have a consultation and he told us the doctor was not available and asked us to come back the next day which was fine. However we only wanted to ask whether my husband’s insurance was accepted. I gave him my husband’s Emirates ID but he did not even check it. He immediately asked for the insurance card and said he could not verify insurance using the Emirates ID only the insurance card. Overall the service was very disappointing and unhelpful.👎🏻

Very Very poor customer service I've never seen anything like it they can let you die just because of prescription which i had they don't care i wonder if its a pharmacy to help people or what i don't recommend anyone if you feel seek try some other place early instead of going there, you can collapse down while they are looking, very disappointed
