Ravi and Mohanad Salah, these guys are literary making life pharmacy an institute. They cooperate, they are knowledgable, they are supportive and they are always available to give information. Last but not the least, the young, dynamic, smart and well organizer lady Zhasmina… she is faster than a computer processor. She knows the Client, understand the issue and present her skills very well with her knowledge and she is also good in marketing, may be life should elevate her as marketing manager in the company. They are amazing pharmacy i have been in dubai for 2 years now they have the best Customer Service they are always on time even though one time I ran out of milk for my baby and I told them that I need it fast because I don't have any more to feed her and they came in less than what are you 10 minutes plus they always have deals that's so amazing
Over 3 years living in the block and the indian "pharmacist" man has always behaved the same. Rude, looking at the phone meanwhile talking to you, giving you whatever he wants (the most expensive things). Seeing the name for the review, Ravendran. Putting 1 star, simply cause at least there is a pharmacy nearby when we need it.
The prices on the shelves were incorrect. At the cash desk the prices did not match the price written on the shelf. The suncream was significantly more expensive than in other branches. The service was sub par. I’ve had better service at other Life Pharmacy branches
I purchased mounjaro size 12.5 from this pharmacy, found to be faulty, it was retuned back to them on 12 Feb, since I have not received any feedback or refund or replacement of the item, every time they are claiming that they are waiting for supplier: absolutely poor customer service, the manger is unprofessional, life pharmacy do not want to take responsibility of their faulty item. I contacted life customer service on 21 March and raised complaint ref 168562016 but no action or response.
