DubaiMed AI Analysis

Life Pharmacy - Hala 13 is a retail pharmacy branch of a large UAE chain with an active online/app presence and a listed MOHAP license. Customer reports are mixed: some recent reviews praise friendly, helpful staff and quick insurance handling, while others report long waits, refund/pricing problems and poor infection-control during a blood draw. Evidence is limited to a few reviews and the chain website.

  • Offers wide retail range (prescription/OTC medicines, vitamins, beauty and baby-care products) and fast delivery options

Considerations

  • Multiple 1-star reviews cite long waits and inconsistent service at this branch

The branch benefits from being part of a reputable, licensed national chain with strong omni‑channel access, and some reviewers praise friendly, efficient staff; however, inconsistent service reports (long waits, refund disputes) and at least one clinical-safety complaint lower its reliability as a medical destination.

Excellent quality of service. Hala international city staff make me feel the part of their family I had a great customer service from the pharmacy and the staff named Nismi and Divya attended me with a warm smile and good attitude The staff also took extra effort to process insurance approval, quickly which saved me a lot of time and helped me avoid the usual long queues and delyas Highly appreciable❤️

Tried to refund after an hour of learning they sold overpriced dental floss, but pharmacist insisted they dont refund money back to account, only thru credit voucher. 1 HOUR! This clinic is horrible! Avoid as much possible.

The service is bad. The receptionist insisted that I should leave until insurance approval is there so when I got to the supermarket in front of them for some groceries and got back. Approval was there. Also the nurse didn’t disinfect before taking blood. Now they don’t want to give me GP phone number to follow up with my lab reports
