I visited Life Pharmacy at building 64 and had a great experience. I would like to thank all the pharmacists as they were very helpful and professional. A special thanks to Sona Nazar who was extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive, and helped me purchase everything I needed.
Went to this pharmacy on Saturday afternoon and got completely ignored by a staff member working the floor. There was no one else to assist, it was only her - however I was the only customer on the floor at the time and when asking for her help she ignored me and continued typing on her computer until I eventually walked out. I’ve never seen such bad service and complete disregard for a customer asking for assistance, she did not even greet back after I greeted her before asking for help (which she ignored). Thankfully there was a different pharmacy opposite that had helped and are at bare minimum kind to customers.
