Excellent service and knowledgeable staff
I’ve consistently had disappointing experiences with Life Pharmacy. Around 80% of my total orders have been incorrect, forcing me to call and reiterate the same instructions repeatedly — something that should not be necessary with a professional service. On top of that, they frequently have issues related to delivery drivers, which results in delays or confusion. These are internal operational problems that customers should not have to deal with. It’s time they take responsibility and address their manpower and logistics challenges. Please consider hiring competent staff and improving your order management system — customers deserve better reliability. I’m talking specifically Life Pharmacy Cluster Y! If I there’s a zero options for rating I will rate them zero!
