I usually buy from Aster Pharmacy, but I saw a Life Pharmacy branch nearby and thought it was a proper pharmacy, so I decided to purchase from there. However, it felt more like a general store than a pharmacy. Only a very small section had medical products, while most of the store was filled with unrelated items. When customers visit a place called a pharmacy, they expect professional healthcare products and guidance. I also noticed that some products I normally use in the UK were completely different in quality. One product I purchased from Life Pharmacy even caused me allergies. This is healthcare, not clothing retail. When it comes to people’s health, companies must be extremely careful about product quality and authenticity. Another disturbing moment was seeing the manager, Mr. Sharfdeen Pola, shouting at staff in front of customers because water was not offered to everyone. The staff member looked very upset and almost in tears. This kind of behavior in a professional environment is unacceptable. When I raised my concerns about the product, the response was very disappointing. I was simply told another staff member would assist me, but there was no proper solution, no refund, and no proof of product authenticity provided. Overall, this experience raised serious concerns about product quality, customer service, and staff treatment. I hope the company improves its standards because healthcare businesses should always prioritize people’s health and professionalism.
