She not only gives full knowledge about the products but she always goes out of the way to help arranging the product. She is an amazingly well trained in her work no matter it’s about medicine or supplements or beauty products she has all the possible info. I always reach out to her for any products. Disappointing experience at Life Pharmacy. I lost the purchase invoice and was unable to return or exchange the medicine after 3 weeks. When I approached the pharmacy for return or exchange, the staff unhelpful, only repeating the policy mentioned on the invoice which I don’t have it. A professional pharmacy should have an internal system to track invoices and assist customers in genuine situations. Lack of empathy and poor customer handling 👎
I bought below multivitamin from life pharmacy Oud metha branch. When I bought it the plastic seal was there but when I opened the cap then the paper cap was already broken. I informed to life pharmacy repeatedly and whatsapp them as well, they informed they will call me back but they never did. I have never seen such an irresponsible people as they never called me back and it’s being almost 15 days now. I think they are selling duplicate products and I am worried about it’s genuineness. I am buying products from life pharmacy from past 7 Yrs and I have stopped buying from them forever.
