I’ve never felt so disrespected at a pharmacy before. The pharmacist name namitha here have an attitude problem like they’re doing customers a favor just by doing their jobs! When I asked a simple question about the band aid that i was looking for, the pharmacist arrogantly said “I WAS IN A CALL” then gave me a condescending look. I even asked her very nicely. She could have atleast asked me to wait while finishing what she was doing. Customer service is very bad.
I wasn't asked to write this review, I just HAD to praise Aparna for being so incredibly helpful, organized, and kind. Thank you Aparna. I hope your hard work is recognized.
I love how Life Pharmacy at Dubai World Trade Center always has what I need, plus the staff is super helpful Such a convenient spot to grab meds or wellness products—makes life so much easier when you're in the area!
One of the best branches I ever visited. They are well organised and everything I asked for was available. Special thanks to Mr Adel for his support and polite and friendly way. Highly recommend to go to this branch if you need anything.
