Bad customer experience encounter today with the staff named Hismaytha the Indian pregnant lady today morning.Today, I purchase an item that is on discounts in their display. When I am about to pay in the counter the Indian man (staff) who assisted me mentioned that the item can’t be found on their system. So, I ask what do I need to do. He explains that this item can’t be purchased as this is not shown on the system. The next thing is that when I want to check for this item and ask why it can’t be purchased this pregnant lady name Hismayatha an Indian staff assisted me in the counter I told her that I want to use my Tabby card. While paying, she said that it will automatically deduct on my tabby card. I even show that it’s on my phone.but then she told me-that you can pay by card and will reflect and deduct with my tabby app and it’s.I ask for to cancel the item and needed a refund as I clearly told that I want to use my tabby. She said that it will take days for the refund. I don’t why these people are here don’t even know customer service and not even listening. They only want to finish their side works doesn’t even concern the customer needs. So for this Zero for customer service!!!!!

The staff were great with amazing service, especially a particularly employee, Ms. Kanwal Shams, she was very helpful and friendly, She was patient and helped out with everything I needed, I was grateful and the service was highly satisfactory, more over I appreciate all her efforts while dealing with customer and one of the best representative among all .
