Very Bad Service and it seems like they do not want to sell. I am ordering 12pcs of Ensure and want it in sealed box but the lady over the phone said they cannot order it for me because they have loose items in the store. This has never happened in DCC or Zahiya Mall. Unfortunately the store just next to me is this Lulu Village. I asked for the ladies name and she is not willing to give her name to me. She also said she will still ask, if she still need to ask then why she directly reject me and my purchase? I need a Customer Service Manager to call me.
Today, I visited your shop early in the morning. Unfortunately, the lady staff member behaved rudely and spoke in a rough manner. Because of this, I did not purchase anything from your shop. Kindly provide proper training to your staff on how to behave politely and professionally with customers.
Very bad service , I called for Flatuna tablet around 9.46 PM since I have severe flatulence and waited till 10.46 PM , I called several times in between , they didn't pick up the call finally at 9.46 one lady pharmacis pick up the call and told 11.07 is my delivery time , the behaviour also bad , I recommend if any emergency don't depend Life pharmacy , this is the second experience, I will never suggest Life LULu to anyone
I have given my prescription to them , they have given me wrong medication which is not suitable for my baby. And when I return the product they are not paying the money back , such a pity , management should take actions against these staffs
