Score Breakdown
5 reviews analyzed · website readThe branch shows generally positive staff behavior and belongs to a large, established pharmacy chain (boosting trust and clinical/service capability), but mixed reviews about ignoring customers, long waits, stockouts and delivery failures pull the score down. Limited detailed evidence about facilities, formal accreditations or consistent service led to a cautious, mid-high rating.

Extremely undertstanding staff! As soon as I bought a pack of Pampers, I realized that I did not require it this moment, the satff was extremely polite to give me a credit note swiftly.
"I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the considerable effort you put into getting my medication approved. Despite the outcome—that the final approved quantity remained the same—your repeated attempts and commitment to assisting me are what truly matter. It is your persistence, and not the final result, that I value the most. Thank you for making those efforts."
I entered the pharmacy and looked around. I tried to speak with the salesperson, but he was busy on the phone and completely ignored me — he didn’t even look at me. So I left, and he didn’t even ask what I wanted.
Outstanding customer service from Mohammed Niaz. Place was very organized and well-maintained. Was looking for a very specific medicine and though they didn't have it, he knew exactly which place did. Highly recommend! Also my camera quality was completely dusty today and didn't notice when I took the picture. Lol
Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a terrible experience at Life Pharmacy in Motor City last Friday. After getting my insurance approval, I waited for an hour only to be told that they didn’t have my medications in stock. Instead of informing me earlier, they assured me they would deliver them to my home. Now, two days later, I still haven’t received anything. Every time I call, they just say I live “too far,” which is unacceptable. The worst part? Since they already processed the insurance approval, I can’t even go to another branch or pharmacy to get my medications elsewhere. Their lack of responsibility and poor service have not only wasted my time but also prevented me from getting the medications I need. This is completely unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend relying on them.
