I’ve visited this pharmacy about 3–4 times, and every single experience has been exceptional — all thanks to one incredible staff member, Reeba!!! The first time I went in, I was looking for a moisturizing cream. She patiently explained all the options to me — discounted and non-discounted — and helped me choose what was genuinely best for my skin, not just the most expensive item. The product worked very beautifully, my skin got more moistures and softer, and I immediately felt I could trust her recommendations. What impressed me most is her professionalism and knowledge. Whether it’s medical treatment, skincare, supplements, or even weight-loss injections(Ozempic and Mounjaro), she explains everything very clearly and responsibly. When I asked about transitioning between weight-loss medications, she carefully guided me on how to do it properly and safely. When my weight plateaued, she offered thoughtful diet and life advice instead of just trying to sell something. I once had a hemorrhoid issue, (another life pharmacy had recommended a product that didn’t help at all). She said that’s too mild and recommended something much more suitable — and it worked perfectly. That was the moment I realized how knowledgeable and responsible she truly is. She even remembers my health situation from previous visits, which makes me feel genuinely cared for. Recently, after starting weight-loss injections, I had trouble sleeping. Instead of simply suggesting melatonin like most places would, she recommended magnesium glycinate — something more appropriate and effective for my situation. That level of attention, professional and understanding is very rare to see. (Tbh because of her, I only wanna choose this pharmacy and listen her suggestions) Today after purchasing my stuff, she also informed me about Ramadan discounts — I was soooooo happy to find my favorite Fino shampoo and hair mask for only 20 AED!!!And the best part? When I bought a lot of items, she arranged home delivery so I didn’t have to carry everything back. Her dedication, patience, and sincerity truly moved me. She goes above and beyond every time. I honestly don’t want to shop anywhere else anymore — I completely trust her. She is, without exaggeration, one of the best employees I have met since coming here.
