Staff is very unprofessional, i went there in inhouse clinic for consultation as i was not well. Staff said it will take 30 mins to get the approval from insurance company then i asked if you can deliver they said yes we will deliver, they never delivered, when i called they said we will call you back they never called back and then eventually i had to go there. now they applied for approval in front of me when i visited there. highly unprofessional staff, imagine if somebody is serious and needed the medicine urgently
Go to any of the other pharmacies around but here. They're predatory and incompetent. 1. They once sold us meds claiming it does something it does not. Please check with Chat GPT before buying - their pharmacists are just trying to sell you stuff. 2. *Twice* they made insurance requests without confirming if they had the required meds in stock. And later, they didn't cancel their request, preventing us from getting the meds in any other pharmacy.
