For the past 10 months I have been ordering baby milk powder to my home address. The delivery man accepted cash and card. Mu card was not working so I gave him cash and he said we dont accept cash only card and took the milk can away. This is how they treat the regular client after 10 months.
I bought a koflet syrup and it was buy 1 get 1 free. When the order arrives the free bottle was not there, the delivery person, told me that I should have an SMS stating partial delivery and another person will come later with what was missing, of course I do not have any SMS. I called the call center to complaint and the answer was " wait because I have to call the Pharmacy" of course there were no call back to inform me about the situation. So I put my complain in writing in the chat option in my lifePharmacy account. There I got a complaint number. Finally I called back to the call center and the answer was "you need to wait at least 2 to 3 days" to get any feedback from the pharmacy. THIS IS A MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT. AND A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . SO BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BY ONLINE IN THIS PHARMACY
