I regularly visit this branch of Life Pharmacy for two main reasons. First, it is conveniently located close to the clinic I visit for consultations. Second, and more importantly, I choose Life Pharmacy over the clinic’s in-house pharmacy purely because of the staff. Every visit has been a pleasant experience. The team is consistently welcoming, approachable, and genuinely happy to help. They work efficiently while taking the time to advise and assist properly. Even when redeeming vouchers, the process is handled smoothly, with clear guidance and a positive attitude. A special mention to Jude, Devika, and Ashwathi for their professionalism and friendly service. That said, I’ve had good experiences with everyone at this branch, regardless of who attended to me. Keep up the good work, and thank you to the entire team for maintaining such a high standard of service.
Walked in to use my voucher and Jude provided the most genuine advice and service. She took her time and explained everything and gave me honest feedback of products. This branch is super unfriendly and not helpful at all. For the prescription it takes so long
I had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members, Baraa, at Life Pharmacy. His attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me properly, he seemed careless and uninterested in answering my questions. As a customer, I expect respect and support, but unfortunately I didn’t receive that from him. This experience left me very dissatisfied with the service.
I am so grateful for the exceptional service I received from Devika at this pharmacy. I was feeling exhausted and overwhelmed..but her warm smile and kind approach immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly helpful in getting my medicines quickly, and her pleasant demeanor made the entire experience stress free. Devika's dedication to her work and her beautiful heart shine through in the way she interacts with customers. I'm so impressed with her professionalism and kindness, and I'll definitely be returning to this pharmacy because of her. Five stars isn't enough she is truly a gem.
