Absolutely the worst experience at Life Pharmacy. I bought a Vicks inhaler that was not working properly as advertised , and when I requested a return or exchange, the staff completely ignored me. The manager lady avoided my questions by saying “I don’t know” and offered no help at all. No one took responsibility, and they even tried to make it seem like it was my mistake. Very unprofessional, careless service and an extremely frustrating experience. Would not recommend.
