I was attended by a staff named davood, he really helped me getting one order which i have placed online got delayed from another branch , he so kind and friendly he helped me a lot to buy the stuff and overall deserved five out of five
Even 1 star I cannot rate this. I called for delivery and the guy who answer me he said the delivery it takes 2hr.from life pharmacy which is in carrifour motor city and my place is only in BMW showroom. It take 2hrs.? And he said call to other branch. This is how they treat the customer.
One of the worst experiences one can have… very poor staff, I asked about Hanan an old excellent pharmacist and they started to make fun an laugh, while filling the basket and choosing the medicine they interrupted more than 3 times and stopped me from buying to check the shelves… the guy called Daood tried to make the experience so uncomfortable, i even asked him about specific medication and he ignored so rudely,after putting the basket on the check counter with a bill almost 500 Dirhams Daood started to discuss with us to not give us the vouchers and he started telling me things about my basket which isn’t true, all medicines we usually buy constantly… until i left the basket and went away, I highly recommend the other Life 24h, with great staff and only few meters ahead.
