I never had this kind of disappointed with Life Pharmacy. i'm a regular customer of you. Today (02/04/2026) i went with my husband to buy some medicines to Satwa branch, middle of the Al ansari & Westzone. My husband was sick. While I’m buying medicine, he gonna drink Vitamin C (the free tablets) accidentally two tablets fell down. that time there was a one lady fair skin & fat, wearing hijab. she suddenly went there then my husband said sorry it happened accidentally. but she said you cannot say sorry, it's a wasteage. Then i told her we will pay for it. she showen her anger to us. she acted like we are so stupid. PLEASE TEACH TO THIS LADY WHAT IS THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE & RESPECT TO THE PEOPLE. I was buying many times from this branch but i never saw this kind of bad attitude staff from the othe staff.
