The pharmacy is clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything I need — from medications to health essentials. Their service is quick, yet thorough, and they always ensure that prescriptions are ready on time. I especially appreciate how they go the extra mile to make sure customers are comfortable and informed. Truly one of the best pharmacies I’ve dealt with. Highly recommended!
Very dissatisfied with this service. ordered online and after 1 hour and 30 minutes there was still no response and no delivery. In urgent cases this is completely unreliable. Very unprofessional, especially in the pharmaceutical industry. It is negligent to act so slowly and unprofessionally, especially when a customer specifically mentions that it is an urgent matter. If you cannot provide fast delivery, there is no point in offering it. Other services are much quicker and more professional. I do not recommend and will not order again.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service at life pharmacy. After purchasing products, I later realized I was charged TWICE for the same item. When I returned to sort it out, Nelson Mendoza, the staff member who handled my transaction, was completely clueless and unhelpful. First, he claimed refunds weren’t possible and insisted I accept a credit note. Then, he incorrectly stated the credit note was only valid for one month, even though the voucher clearly says SIX MONTHS, with the date written on it! This level of incompetence is unacceptable. It feels like everyone there is either unaware or complicit in these shady practices. Clearly, customer care is not a priority for this business. Watch carefully your bill unless you enjoy being charged twice and dealing with staff who can’t do their jobs properly.
