I was very dissatisfied that the supplier wasn't doing anything about it, but after a while, they contacted me and asked me to exchange the old brace for a new one. I'd like to thank whoever made the right decision. Unfortunately, I'm down one star because of the delay, but I'm very happy that they resolved the issue properly.
