I had a very positive experience with Life Pharmacy in Dubai Land. The team was extremely helpful, supportive, and cooperative throughout the entire process. A special thanks to Fayas for his outstanding assistance, patience, and dedication in helping us get the medication approval smoothly and without delay. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference. Overall, the service was excellent, and the staff were attentive and caring. Was there for medication and had the displeasure of dealing with a certain Fayaz Kullamuly. Completely unhelpful. If you wear a white jacket and cannot help patients then remove it and go home. I bought medication and the bottle was stuck and won’t open. Took it back to them and he tried for 10 minutes finally opened it and stuck his fingers in the lid and bottle and wanted me to take it. Absolutely disgusting. He then started yelling at me. He kept raising his voice. Never going there
