Very clean pharmacy , welcoming and knowledgeable staff and very fast rider. They should work more on replying messages fast . I usually don’t hesitate to order elsewhere when I’m being ignored for hours . Last time I ordered 9 bottles of Topicrem body lotion and it was delivered after 3days . No update from the pharmacy for the 1st 2 days . I had to be the one texting and following up . Last night I texted at 9pm and got a reply immediately but after I placed my order , I was only replied after 9:38am in the morning .

I visited this branch to exchange an item I had purchased from the Al Tawar branch. However, the store manager, Mr. Aseebhudheen, refused to process the exchange, stating that they do not have an exchange or refund policy. When I pointed out the inconsistency and mentioned that such policies should be uniform across all branches, he became argumentative. I even called the Al Tawar branch and asked him to speak with them directly. After checking the system, instead of resolving the issue, he continued making excuses. Shockingly, he didn’t even seem to know how to process an exchange on the POS system. I genuinely don’t understand how someone so unprepared is managing a store. God save Life Pharmacy.
