Frustrating and inconsistent experience. This branch refused a simple exchange with my digital Life Pharmacy invoice, even after speaking with the manager. Their excuse? They demanded a physical receipt. Interestingly, another Life Pharmacy location had no problem with the digital receipt and helped me immediately. This store's inflexibility has lost them a regular customer. I advise going to a different branch where they understand modern proof of purchase.
