Last time I put bad review bcoz of the pharmacist who made my life difficult, and bcoz of the management I removed it, now I will put it again bcoz he is back to the same behavior of not accommodating and doesn’t want to deliver my order, one time he says no driver and another time he says cash is not accepted, not accepted? And I paid cash two days ago bcoz all bank services are down at the moment and everyone knows that, this is driving customers to other clinics that understand customers needs and work around it not the other way around, I won’t order again from you

I was surprised by this lack of accountability, as Life Pharmacy usually provides outstanding service, but this branch did not meet that standard. Additionally, the staff member I interacted with, who wore distinctive spectacles, was not wearing a name tag, which is uncommon for Life Pharmacy employees. This experience was not up to the usual expectations I have for this chain.
