I recently visited Life pharmacy Nesto Hypermarket brach and usually I have always had a very good experience there. The staff members are normally very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and their customer service has always been appreciated. However, during my last few visits, I noticed a new female staff member ( Malayali Muslim lady) whose attitude made me feel quite uncomfortable. She did not speak to me directly in a rude way, but her facial expressions and the way she looked at customers felt very unpleasant and unwelcoming, almost as if she was annoyed or upset with customers. Her look on me felt like she is having a personal grudge on me. It created an uncomfortable shopping experience for me. Apart from this particular experience, the rest of the staff are still very polite and professional. I hope the management will look into this and ensure all customers continue to feel comfortable and welcomed.
Dear Life organisation, This to make a h note that I have been loyal customer to life pharmacy and I had visted more stores va in my 7 yrs of uae but staff such as mr shakier are truly rare in the retail industry the knowledge, skills language and exceptional customer service above and beyond to recognise in retail industry wishing him the best will vist again

Need to say ,it's summer,it's fr a cause also,vitamins fr tasting as sample also then to buy,they never keep ,empty bottles,only water n bp machine available,sugar strips also mostly not there,I would like the management to see to these kind of work done there.
