I had very bad experience with life pharmacy Oud Metha as I went to purchase a supplement that helps for appetite suppression the person who was there gave me the wrong prescriptions while I should take 2 pills 30min before my meal he said take one after the meal 3 times a day which made the supplement gives me counterproductive result and I’m feeling extremely hungry then I was before. I had the same thing with another person from the same brunch I went to buy something for pimples but the person there was just trying to sell me things without thinking of my case ( the products I bought it does nothing) no professionalism they play with peoples health they don’t care what the customer need they just want to sell. This is not a pharmacy this is a shop that only wants to sell
The management has changed. The new team is non responsive, unprofessional and lazy. I rather drive to another pharmacy than to come to this branch. Very disappointing.

Please focus on improving your current operations before growing any further.
