Ordered a medicine at 10pm, even communicated as of how long it will take to deliver the medicine and was told not more than an hour. Delivery received at 11:40pm which is almost 2 hours. Lack of delivery guy is kind of acceptable, but lack of communication with the delivery guy and the customer is a big no. Never gonna accept a reason of "that's what the delivery guy told me", at least try to have an update regarding the deliveries. I wouldn't have wanted for almost 2 hours if they communicate with me and their delivery guy. Very bad customer service.

They are accommodating. i will just send my prescription and after a while they will deliver my medicine.. also if i ask if i change the med they will coordinate with my doctor directly.. any question i have they answer sometime so fast and sometime need to wait maybe they busy.
