The pharmacy service is very poor, both online and in-store. There are repeated delays in delivering medicine and no proper follow-up or response to customers. I have faced this issue several times, and it is completely unacceptable because you are selling medicine, not snacks or vegetables. Medicine is a sensitive matter that requires precise and fast service, but unfortunately the service is far from that.
The Doctor that is Meydan branch name is Omar. He is a very professional person. He did everything possible to assist us in our request and he knows what he is talking about. Happy with the service.
I ordered medicine for my blood pressure coz I run out of my meds and they said delivery within 40-90 minutes. After 30 minutes they are messaging me and asking me if they can deliver tomorrow morning. I’m not ordering supplement that can wait till the next day. If you cannot deliver you shouldn’t promise 40-90 minutes to your customers especially with this type of medicines.
