LIFE Pharmacy 10 - Al Fattan

I had the worst experience of my life with life pharmacy. I bought a product more than a month ago that was mulfunctioning and not working properly. Returned it and the operator in charge of the pharmacy just kept calling and sending me Videos of the item telling me that I was basically lying and that the product was working perfectly. This was mid January. I haven’t received a refund I keep calling life pharmacy and they just ignore me. Please people buy items from Amazon and just try avoiding ordering or buying from life pharmacy. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

If you return an item, even if it is entirely unopened and entirely unused, they do not issue refunds to your credit card, but only issue store credit, so you HAVE to purchase more items from them for the amount they refund you. This practice essentially locks your money with them, which I found quite frustrating. Secondly, I'm now skeptical about the authenticity of their other Google reviews. Given my experience, the overwhelmingly positive reviews seem inconsistent with the service I received. I entered the store trusting in their customer service, only to be let down. Thirdly, their sales approach felt pushy, particularly regarding devices like blood pressure monitors and nebulizers. They heavily promote products from a local company, Trister, which are notably more expensive than well-known brands like Omron and Braun. This raised concerns about their sales motives. Additionally, their return policy is not clearly communicated at the point of purchase. Any opened item is non-returnable, which I learned after purchasing an overpriced product. This lack of transparency and inflexibility in their policy feels unethical and borders on scammy. Finally, my interaction with a male employee at this location around 23:00 on January 14 was far from pleasant. When I raised these issues, he responded argumentatively and dismissively, stating "that is the way it is in this country." This attitude was unhelpful and disrespectful. In conclusion, I advise caution when shopping at Life Pharmacy - Al Fattan. Be wary of their product recommendations, especially for hardware devices or vitamins, and be fully aware of their stringent and customer-unfriendly refund policy. While the staff may appear friendly initially, their demeanor can drastically change when faced with complaints or issues.
