Extremely disappointing experience with this pharmacy. I received multiple incorrect and misleading communications regarding product pricing and availability. After confirming the details with the staff and visiting the pharmacy in person, I found that much of the information provided earlier was completely inaccurate. What was most concerning was the inconsistent pricing. The same product was being sold at different prices, and in some cases, a near-expiry product was priced higher than a product with a much longer expiry date. When questioned, the staff were unable to provide a clear explanation. The overall experience reflected a lack of professionalism and inadequate staff training. Customers should be able to trust the information they receive, especially when purchasing health-related products. Providing incorrect prices and inconsistent information creates confusion and damages customer confidence. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training, pricing transparency, and customer communication to prevent similar experiences for others.
The staff here are very good, anita specially. She genuinely cares about what you intended to buy. She even asks questions about exactly what you’re feeling and suggest possible medicines or alternatives. Overall, great staff!
I had a disappointing experience with Life Pharmacy. It was very difficult to reach both the clinic and the pharmacy as they were unresponsive to messages and calls. What was more frustrating is that when I visited the branch, there were no customers waiting, yet there were many staff inside and still no proper assistance was provided. I hope they can improve their customer service and communication with customers.
Excellent service, helpful staff, and quick response time. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and very supportive. The Store Manager, Ms Reema has a commendable customer service. Definitely my go-to pharmacy!
