I have very bad experience in circle mall branch that the insurance under my name was registered in different phone number. I visited many times, and same issue occurred. A month ago, the cashier told me request to change the number sent to the IT and today I found out my medication can’t be released with the same reason, happened the casher month ago lied. Never follow up, never send any email, just neglected the needs of patients. And the guy today, God knows his name- says its not in THEIR HANDS!!! IT IS IN YOUR HAND! Your staff simply lied and I have been waiting for 2hrs which my medication approval cannot be proceed due to incorrect number registered which should have been solved a month ago! This is worst service i have ever face in pharmacy, never once any pharmacist put the wrong registered mobile number to a patient that can lead wrong medical record! Hope this can be solved. And no other patient have to face the same issue as mine.

Strongly recommend to look for the guy named Uday, the most professional, educated and knowledgeable pharmacy worker I’ve ever met. The guy knows about every single supplement product, gives the precise description, usage guidance and gives so much confidence during shopping there. Truly refreshing and great experience today
Was basically here (circle mall) to check out the place as Im new in the neighbourhood. Turned out, it was the place that has all my needs (health-wise). Even a little of my wants which was epic. A pharmacy that looks like a cute mall itself. Also I was assisted by ate Maritess who was so patient introducing me to products i might need and all the promotions they have. I dint plan to buy anything but ended up with a small bag of skincare I had long been planning to buy. Also they do home deliveries.
