Very disappointed with Life Pharmacy. My medicine costing over AED 3,000 has been pending for more than a year despite full payment being charged. I have been corresponding with customer service since Aug 2025 with no proper response or resolution. One branch, and collected the medicine costing Dhs 900 for replacement but neither provided the replacement nor returned for a long time about 6 months .Also sold one open pack and waiting their reply for more than a month .
Hi I hope head office read I have very bad experience in ur branch 98 (Al raffa) this Branch of life pharmacy I will never visit again and I will buy anything very rude and disrespectful staff i will never recommend life pharmacy this Branch staff even disrespect ur family ur into the medical practitioner u must have a very long patience very disappointed from staff
I strongly advise against working here. The management treats staff extremely badly and doesn’t even allow proper breaks. Salaries are always incomplete, with at least 600 AED missing every month. The HR department is the worst – Sreeji is extremely rude, and Larish is just there to follow whatever Nishan says without any value of his own. Store managers are fake with customers and only care about their store incentives, not their employees. If you work here, you will lose your mental health and feel constantly depressed. It’s a TOXIC, unprofessional environment that drains you instead of supporting you.
I am very disappointed with call centre agent Ms. Krishna has provided me with the wrong information about the madison, which was not available with any of the life pharmacies. She wasted my time sailing that is available one of their stores in the area early in the morning. When I called, I was on my breakfast table, and I left as it is my breakfast on the table when I reached one of the store thay said this product is discontinued again I called back to the call center and thay twist the story that's good my phone callas are auto recording I will put the recording on social media
